WASH presents a three day workshop with Iain Stewart
Take YOUR Painting to a Higher Level
June 14-16, 2022
Sacramento Fine Arts Center
5530-B Gibbons Drive, Carmichael, CA
Iain Stewart is an award winning watercolor artist and signature member of the American Watercolor Society and the National Watercolor Society, a member of the Whiskey Painters of America, and a highly-sought instructor and juror. Iain maintains a studio in Opelika, Alabama, and is an adjunct Professor at the Auburn University School of Architecture. Iain has just published his first book, En Plein Air—Light and Color now available through Walter Foster Publisher. Iain loves to teach workshops and provides each student with multiple opportunities to expand their skill and experience greater success in their watercolor painting.
In describing his work, Iain says, “I embrace a dialogue between the real and the imagined—seeking a way to allow myself to express my personal feeling of being in a certain setting rather then being confined by the reality of it.”
